OUR STRENGTH

Ranova's R&D and Production Center comprises three factories spanning 33,000 m² (25,000 m² built-up area). Equipped with the world's most advanced vacuum freeze-drying systems, it leads globally in automation and production capacity. Our highly educated R&D team includes 13 Master's and 2 Ph.D. holders. Through advanced production lines and stringent standards—including 32°C quick-freezing, 36-hour vacuum sublimation, and 82 quality checks—we maximize nutritional retention and enhance digestibility.

01

Raw Material Selection

Fresh and natural meat is chosen and cut into pieces without applying any other ingredients, while the fat,skin and bones are removed. No artificial compositions inside. Then freeze those pre-processed material at -32°C to lock its nutrition and waiting for process.

Freeze-drying process

Vacuum freeze-drying for 18 to 36 hours to sublimate its water; raising temperature to 90°C for sterilization, completing the entire freeze-drying process to retain its nutriton.

Quality Checks

Carefully select qualified products with color screen system and metal detector (Security warning will be alarmed when any metal length exceeds 0.1mm).

Full-automatic packaging

For qualified products will be sent to full-automatic packaging line, which can meet all package demands from our customers.

Post-Irradiation Storage

After irradiation, products will be stored in large warehouse waiting for shipment.
